Buttered Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
  • 1 8(oz) package of sugar snap Peas
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and dry snap peas
  2. Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat, once hot add butter and swirl to coat the pan
  3. Add snap peas to skillet along with salt and pepper
  4. Cook stirring occasionally until tender and crisp (about 3-4 minutes)
