Buttered Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 8(oz) package of sugar snap Peas
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
Directions
- Wash and dry snap peas
- Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat, once hot add butter and swirl to coat the pan
- Add snap peas to skillet along with salt and pepper
- Cook stirring occasionally until tender and crisp (about 3-4 minutes)
