Cottage Cheese Lemon Bake

Ingredients
- 24 oz of cottage cheese
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup of Splenda
- lemon zest from half a lemon
- 2 eggs
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Add Splenda, lemon juice, lemon zest and baking powder
- Stir until all ingridents are mixed in
- Place a mixture into a casserole baking dish aka deep glass baking dish
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until the middle jiggles slightly
