What it is
A pair of PowerShell samples for a staged Teams Phone migration: assign voice policies before cutover, then assign phone numbers and emergency locations.
Why use it
- Separate advance policy assignment from migration-day number activation.
- Drive bulk assignments from a documented CSV format.
- Log disabled, unlicensed, or otherwise failed user assignments.
How to use it
Install the latest MicrosoftTeams module and fill the included CSV with user policies, numbers, and emergency locations. Run the Phase 1 script before cutover, then run the Phase 2 Cutover script on migration day.
