What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can use it on the courier’s website to see current progress.
In your account, you can also view tracking details from the Orders page.
Can I change my order?
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact our support team with your order number and the desired changes.
Note: Some items may not be available for changes once your order is processed.
