HR New Hire Welcome Packet
HR
Watches a SharePoint new-hire list and sends two emails per hire: a role-specific welcome packet assembled from a SharePoint links list, and a "Meet your new team" email with AI-generated, confidence-scored bios for the hire's manager and teammates.
