This solution demonstrates how a retail assistant can coordinate a complete store conversation while relying on specialist agents for inventory and policy.

Agents

The primary store assistant delegates focused questions to inventory and policy agents. Its supporting capabilities include membership and warehouse MCP tools, points reconciliation, prorated refund calculation, card reissue, and PDF slip generation.
