How it works.
Use the playbooks to co-build the agreed part of the customer's solution. Slides support the design discussions; the lessons guide implementation.
Define the customer outcome and acceptance criteria. Use Idea Forge if the opportunity is still unclear.
Decompose the use case and map each part to relevant lessons across tracks. Identify the adaptation needed and any additional engineering before planning sessions.
Work through the design decisions and adapt the building blocks for the agreed parts. Keep lesson prerequisites and use the approved environment.
Review the implementation against the agreed acceptance criteria. Assign an owner to any remaining work.
Scope each engagement. The kit can support a pilot or a longer co-build. Guided lesson times exclude customer-specific engineering. Production readiness requires acceptance in the customer's environment; deploying an accelerator alone does not establish it.
Accelerators include sample assets and reusable code. Some also create demo resources. Check each guide before running it; demo foundations do not provision an enterprise landing zone.
