This release adds new choice fields and asset tracking functionality. The updates expand the Asset entity with fields for property management, inventory tracking, and financial information.
What’s Added:
- Status Tracking: Asset status choice field with lifecycle values from acquisition through disposal
- Identification Fields: Serial numbers, service tags, and RF tags for asset identification
- Financial Fields: Unit cost and quantity fields for cost tracking
- Assignment Fields: Organization Unit lookup for institutional assignment
- Location Fields: Location lookup with notes and inventory date tracking
These fields support basic asset management workflows including inventory, financial tracking, and organizational assignment.

- New choice field with values: In Transit, In Storage, Awaiting Assignment, Issued, Under Maintenance / Repair, Lost / Stolen, Retired, Pending Disposition, Disposed
- Enables comprehensive tracking of asset lifecycle states and status transitions.
