This release adds five new choice fields to the Core data model to improve operational tracking, engagement classification, and certification management.
- Engagement Mode
- New choice field with values: In Person, Virtual
- Supports tracking how engagements and interactions are conducted.
- Lifecycle Stage
- New choice field with values: Planned, Development, Operational, Maintenance, Retired
- Enables tracking of project, system, or process lifecycle stages for better resource planning and management.
- Visibility
- New choice field with values: Private, Team, Organizational, Public
- Provides classification levels for information sharing and access control.
- Direction
- New choice field with values: Inbound, Outbound
- Supports directional classification for communications, requests, or data flows.
- Simple Certification Status
- New choice field with values: Pending, Certified
- Enables basic certification tracking for items requiring approval or validation.
