Things you can ask
- Create a Canvas App for managing inventory
- Edit my Canvas App to add a new screen for reports
- List the available Canvas App controls.
What you need
- .NET 10 SDK or later
- A canvas app saved in your environment, with coauthoring turned on in Settings > Updates > Coauthoring
- Power Apps Studio open in your browser while you work
- A work account that can edit the app
Skills you can run
Your assistant picks the right skill from your request. You can also start one by typing its name.
/configure-canvas-mcp- Connect your assistant to the app that is open in Power Apps Studio.
/canvas-app- Build a new connected app or change an existing one.
Good to know
- Create the app and turn on coauthoring in Power Apps Studio first. The plugin can't do those two steps for you.
- Your organization's data policies can limit which connectors you can use, and an admin may need to allow local MCP servers.
