Use Default ESP Path
Do not override the default ESP mount point path. This is the default behavior.
The ESP is assumed to be mounted at /boot/efi by default.

Override
Override the default ESP mount point to be the path of this filesystem.
Only ONE filesystem can be used as ESP. Therefore, this option can be used at most once in the Host Configuration.
In the rare scenario where a filesystem is overriding ESP AND another filesystem is mounted at the default ESP mount point path (/boot/efi), the latter filesystem will also be detected as the ESP, which will result in an error. If the filesystem mounted at the default ESP mount point path is not actually the ESP, then it should be marked with the block option to prevent it from being incorrectly treated as the ESP.

Block
This option should be used very rarely and in very specific non-standard scenarios.
Used to indicate that this filesystem is NOT the ESP, even if it is mounted at the default ESP path, /boot/efi. This is only necessary if a distribution has a non-ESP filesystem that is mounted at the default ESP mount point path.
For this to work, the correct ESP filesystem will have to be explicitly marked as the ESP using override, and this filesystem will have to be marked with block to prevent it from being incorrectly treated as the ESP due to its mount point path.
