MidiSequenceTimeSignature is one entry in the time signature map of a MidiSequence. Get them from the sequence’s TimeSignatureMap collection.

TicksPerBar and BarNumberAtTick are worked out while reading, so finding where a tick falls in the music doesn’t mean going through the whole file. That’s also what makes GetBarPositionAtTick on the sequence fast enough to call while drawing.
