005: Data governance regulatory needs

Overview​

Identify any Data Lifecycle Management needs such as data Retention and data deletion policies which require the organization to retain some data for a minimum or maximum period of time and prevent it from being deleted or kept (e.g. retain customer complaint records for 6 months).
