We’re excited to announce that all FAST industry solution modules now include downloadable sample data and visual previews, making it easier to explore module capabilities and get started with realistic test data.

What’s New

Every module now provides two key resources to accelerate evaluation and implementation:

  • Sample Data – Downloadable data packages containing realistic sample records that demonstrate the full scope of each module’s capabilities, including reference data, transactional records, and relationship structures
  • Module Screenshots – Visual previews of the user interface showing forms, views, and data layouts to help you understand what each module looks like before deployment

These resources enable you to quickly evaluate module functionality, test workflows with meaningful data, train users with realistic examples, and demonstrate capabilities to stakeholders before committing to full implementation.

Using Sample Data

Sample data can be imported using either the pac data CLI command or the Configuration Migration tool. Each module’s documentation page includes a “Sample Data” tab with download links and descriptions of what’s included.

Sample datasets are tailored to each module’s domain:

Workforce & HR: Employee records, positions, benefit enrollments, leave requests, training completions, time entries, and recruitment workflows

Compliance & Security: Investigation cases, security clearances, background checks, dispute resolutions, and compliance documentation

Operations: Assets with service histories, projects with work items, IT service requests, operational incidents, and procurement transactions

Government & Legal: Court cases, legal authorities, judicial assignments, and case management workflows

Financial: Budgets, requisitions, contracts, purchase orders, and payment transactions

External Engagement: Events with registrations, programs with participants, external interactions, and service delivery records

Administrative: Executive coordination items, meeting agendas, gamification campaigns, and achievement tracking

Foundation: Organizational structures, locations, legal frameworks, compliance requirements, and personnel data

Module screenshots are available on each module’s documentation page under the “Screenshots” tab. All data shown in screenshots is fictitious and provided for demonstration purposes only. These previews help you quickly assess whether a module’s design and layout align with your organizational needs before installation.
