What is the Asset Management Agent?

The Asset Management Agent is an intelligent assistant designed to work with your Asset Management module data in Dataverse. It understands your asset management data model and enables conversational interactions for quick answers and simplified data entry.

Key capabilities include:

  • Query Asset Information – Ask questions about equipment locations, assignments, maintenance history, and compliance status in plain language
  • Create and Update Records – Register new assets, update locations, record service activities, and track assignments through conversational commands
  • Data Quality Support – Identify missing information, support inventory audits, and track lifecycle status across your asset portfolio
  • Natural Language Understanding – No need to learn complex filters or navigate multiple forms — just ask what you need to know

What’s Included

This AI agent solution package includes:

  • Conversational interface for asset inventory queries and data management
  • Integration with Asset Management module to access and modify asset records
  • Pre-configured understanding of asset entities, relationships, and common workflows
