π Tuesday, April 7, 2026
Weβre excited to announce the Dispute Resolution module β a starter kit for managing internal complaints, grievances, and disputes with structured investigation, mediation, and appeals processes.
What is the Dispute Resolution Module?
The Dispute Resolution module provides structured data capture for managing dispute cases, investigations, mediations, determinations, and appeals. It enables organizations to maintain fair and consistent dispute handling processes, document investigations with evidence and interview tracking, facilitate alternative dispute resolution through mediation, make formal determinations with findings, track corrective actions, and process appeals with full audit trails and confidentiality controls.
Key capabilities include:
- Intake and Case Management β Capture initial complaints and concerns, create formal dispute cases with classification and assignment, support anonymous reporting and early resolution
- Party Management β Document complainants, respondents, witnesses, representatives, and decision makers with role-based access and confidentiality controls
- Investigation Documentation β Assign investigators, define scope and methodology, conduct interviews, collect and organize evidence, track investigation completion
- Issue Analysis β Structure specific allegations or claims within cases, link policy and regulatory citations, support multi-issue disputes
- Findings and Determinations β Record investigation conclusions (substantiated, unsubstantiated, inconclusive), make formal decisions with remedies and actions
- Mediation Support β Facilitate alternative dispute resolution sessions, track mediation outcomes, document settlement agreements
- Corrective Actions β Assign remediation requirements (training, discipline, policy updates, monitoring), track completion and effectiveness
- Appeals Processing β Document challenges to determinations, manage appellate review, track appeal outcomes (affirmed, reversed, modified, remanded)
- Referral Management β Route cases to HR, legal, compliance, or external agencies with referral tracking
Whatβs Included
This initial release (v1.1.0.0) provides the foundational data model:
