The Executive Coordination module provides structured tracking for executive actions and directives that require coordinated response across organizational units. It enables leadership teams to issue taskers, assign accountability, track progress, and maintain visibility into action completion.

Key capabilities include:

  • Action Management – Document executive actions, directives, and taskers with clear requirements and deadlines
  • Accountability Tracking – Assign responsibility and track action assignee progress through completion
  • Decision Documentation – Capture formal decisions with supporting context and approval workflows
  • Supporting Context – Link actions to legal authorities, agreements, strategic initiatives, and risk assessments
  • Progress Visibility – Monitor action health, status updates, and completion metrics

Getting Started

The Executive Coordination module is available in the FAST Modules Repository under the MIT license. It requires the Core module as a foundation.
