What is the HR Administration Module?
The HR Administration module provides structured data capture for managing workforce positions, employment actions, time and attendance, workplace requests, and employee compliance. It enables HR teams to maintain position structures, process personnel actions, manage leave requests, and track employee declarations and compliance requirements.
Key capabilities include:
- Position Management β Define position structures with job classifications, pay grades, clearance requirements, and organizational placement
- Employment Actions β Process hiring, promotions, transfers, assignments, and separations with approval workflows
- Time and Attendance β Manage time off requests, telework arrangements, and work schedule tracking
- Workplace Requests β Document accommodation requests, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
- Compliance Tracking β Maintain employee declarations, training completions, and regulatory compliance records

Getting Started
The HR Administration module is available in the FAST Modules Repository under the MIT license. It requires the Core module as a foundation.
