What is the Court Case Management Module?
The Court Case Management module provides structured data capture for managing court cases, parties, hearings, filings, and judicial decisions. It enables courts and legal organizations to maintain comprehensive case records, coordinate hearing schedules, track case progression, and ensure procedural compliance with full audit trails.
Key capabilities include:
- Case Tracking β Manage case numbers, types, jurisdictions, assigned judges, and case status throughout the judicial lifecycle
- Party and Representation Management β Document case parties (plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses) and their legal representation with effective dates
- Docket Management β Maintain chronological audit logs of all case activity including filings, hearings, orders, and decisions
- Hearing Coordination β Schedule court sessions and case hearings with calendar management and hearing outcome tracking
- Judicial Documentation β Record court orders, decisions, and rulings with legal authority citations and compliance tracking
- Work Item Assignment β Manage internal court staff tasks for case processing, filing review, and notice preparation

Getting Started
