Microsoft.Windows.Devices.Midi2.Utilities.Sequencing
Although the namespace says “Sequencing” we don’t currently have plans to provide any sort of sophisticated sequencer as part of the SDK. However, we may provide additional types which help those creating their own sequencing applications.

Windows MIDI Services is an open source project with all source available on GitHub. We have a great community on Discord as well. Between GitHub and Discord, you should find the information you are looking for.
