SQL Updates

Reference the 202602 upgrade folder and run the sql procedures in the folder.

Attestion/Management Portal - Analyze Site

The ability to manually trigger a site or attestation state for reanalysis has been added to the SharePoint webparts.

New Runbook - SQL DB Maintenance

A new runbook will need to be added and scheduled. This will ensure the indexes are not fragmented, to help with SQL performance.

S/MIME Support for Send Email Runbook

The rb-spark-sendemail-toDL runbook has been updated to support S/MIME.

Function Apps - SQL Paging

The function app methods have been updated to help with SQL performance. The following function app files will need to be updated:

• profile.ps1 - The profile script that is found in Settings -> App Files
• fx-spark-getallsites
• fx-spark-getsitecounts
• fx-spark-getsitesbyaction
• fx-spark-getsitesbykeyword
• fx-spark-getsparksites
• fx-spark-updatesparksites
