Exports a list of baselines.

DESCRIPTION#
Exports a list of baselines to a file.

Export-PSRuleBaseline -Module PSRule.Rules.Azure -OutputFormat Yaml -OutputPath Baseline.Rule.yml
Exports list of baselines from PSRule.Rules.Azure
module to file Baseline.Rule.yml
in YAML output format.
