Current release version for Governance Policy Block Lists & Admin Policy Tools: 0.261.001

Governance policies now support block lists so a user or group can be denied even when allow-all or allow-list rules would otherwise grant access. Duplicate and Inverse actions speed policy creation, a Show Users modal helps review principals, and policy retargeting fixes prevent orphaned duplicates.

This matters because exception handling and access reviews are easier to enforce across models, agents, actions, and delegated items.

How to Try It

Open Admin Settings > Governance Policies and review policies that currently rely on broad allow-all access.
Add block-list entries for users or groups that must be excluded from a capability.
Use Duplicate or Inverse when creating related policies so deny and allow rules stay consistent.
Open Show Users before rollout to confirm the resolved principals match the intended audience.
