Current release version for Terms of Use / Rules of Behavior Gate: 0.261.001

The gate supports every-session, once-per-day, and once-per-version recurrence modes, with accept and decline events activity-logged and enforced server-side. Post-acceptance redirects are restricted to local-only paths, and end users will see the configured notice before they can continue into the app.

This matters because tenant access expectations can be acknowledged consistently and recorded before users interact with AI features.

How to Try It

  1. Open Admin Settings > Notices & Agreements and configure the Terms of Use or Rules of Behavior content.
  2. Select the recurrence mode that matches tenant policy: every session, once per day, or once per version.
  3. Review the accept and decline activity logging expectations with compliance stakeholders.
  4. Preview the user gate so support teams know what end users will see before entering SimpleChat.
