Custom Pages let your organization add authenticated experiences inside SimpleChat. Users may see new pages that help with onboarding, request intake, process guidance, or organization-specific workflows.

Admin Side
Availability may depend on tenant settings, governance policies, workspace scope, action configuration, or admin-managed identities. If you do not see this capability, contact your SimpleChat admin.

Why It Matters
This matters because teams can tailor SimpleChat to local workflows without sending users to a separate unauthenticated site.
How to Try It
- Look for custom pages in navigation when your admins publish them.
- Use custom request or guidance pages as part of your normal SimpleChat workflow.
- If a page is missing or unavailable, it may be disabled or awaiting admin publication.
Notes
- This guide is part of the SimpleChat 0.250.001 latest-feature set.
- Screenshot filenames are placeholders until final captures are added.
