Custom Pages

Admins can publish trusted internal custom pages, giving users new in-app pages for local guidance, dashboards, forms, or lightweight tools.

Current release version: 0.250.001

Custom Pages let your organization add authenticated experiences inside SimpleChat. Users may see new pages that help with onboarding, request intake, process guidance, or organization-specific workflows.

User Side

Admins can publish trusted internal custom pages, giving users new in-app pages for local guidance, dashboards, forms, or lightweight tools.

Admin Side

Availability may depend on tenant settings, governance policies, workspace scope, action configuration, or admin-managed identities. If you do not see this capability, contact your SimpleChat admin.

Replace /images/latest-release/release_250_custom_pages.png with a screenshot showing custom pages in the app.

Why It Matters

This matters because teams can tailor SimpleChat to local workflows without sending users to a separate unauthenticated site.

How to Try It

  1. Look for custom pages in navigation when your admins publish them.
  2. Use custom request or guidance pages as part of your normal SimpleChat workflow.
  3. If a page is missing or unavailable, it may be disabled or awaiting admin publication.
