Deep Research and Source Review

Deep Research and Source Review can inspect web evidence more deeply with bounded traversal, source citation seeding, load-more support, and optional model-assisted link planning.

Current release version: 0.250.001

When enabled, SimpleChat can review pasted URLs and web-search citations, inspect source pages, follow relevant links under admin limits, and surface better evidence for web-grounded answers.

User Side

Deep Research and Source Review can inspect web evidence more deeply with bounded traversal, source citation seeding, load-more support, and optional model-assisted link planning.

Admin Side

Availability may depend on tenant settings, governance policies, workspace scope, action configuration, or admin-managed identities. If you do not see this capability, contact your SimpleChat admin.

Why It Matters

This matters because web-grounded answers are more useful when they are based on reviewed source pages instead of snippets alone.

How to Try It

  1. Use Sources or Deep Research when your answer depends on current web evidence.
  2. Review citations and thoughts to understand which source pages were inspected.
  3. If Deep Research is unavailable, admins may need to enable it for your account or domain policy.
