Current release version: 0.250.001

Visio ingestion indexes diagram pages and supports citation previews. Outlook MSG ingestion lets saved email files participate in the document processing pipeline so conversations can reason over email content and metadata.

User Side

Users can upload Visio .vsdx diagrams and Outlook .msg email files so more everyday work artifacts can become searchable knowledge.

Admin Side

Availability may depend on tenant settings, governance policies, workspace scope, action configuration, or admin-managed identities. If you do not see this capability, contact your SimpleChat admin.

Upload .vsdx diagrams when shapes, pages, and connectors should become searchable.
Upload .msg files when saved Outlook email needs to be processed as workspace knowledge.
Use enhanced citations to inspect previews or original files where supported.
