Choose Your Text Size
Five font size choices ranging from 75 percent to 200 percent are available on your profile, and the interface stays usable at 200 percent browser zoom.

Font size is a saved per-user preference, so it follows you across sessions rather than resetting. Alongside it, chat, top navigation, classification banners, and the sidebar were reworked to remain fully usable when the browser itself is zoomed to 200 percent.
User Side
Five font size choices ranging from 75 percent to 200 percent are available on your profile, and the interface stays usable at 200 percent browser zoom.
Admin Side
Admins decide whether Choose Your Text Size is available in your environment. If you cannot find Open Profile and Open Chat, ask whether the related settings, governance policy, or workspace access has been enabled for your account.
Why It Matters
This matters because readable text is an accessibility requirement, not a preference, and layouts that break under zoom effectively lock people out.
How to Try It
- Open your Profile page and find the font size preference.
- Choose from the five available sizes ranging from extra small to extra large.
- Save the preference and return to Chat to see it applied.
- Confirm the size persists after you sign out and back in.
- Separately, set your browser zoom to 200 percent to check the layout.
- Confirm the chat area, top navigation, and sidebar all remain usable at that zoom level.
- Adjust between the font preference and browser zoom to find the combination that reads best.
