This first video, in a 2-part series, guides you through the steps necessary to get started quickly in creating and boosting a chatbot with expanded natural language capabilities with Microsoft Sales Copilot and Dynamics 365 Sales. In order to setup and configure Sales Copilot you will need Admin privileges and access to Admin Portal, Teams Admin Center, Dynamics 365 App Settings and Power Platform Admin Center.
