Exercise 02: Add a declarative agent and API plugin

Introduction

In this exercise, you’ll create a declarative agent grounded in the Trey Research API plugin and a SharePoint document library. You’ll upload sample consulting documents to a new SharePoint site, write the declarative agent JSON, configure environment variables, and register the agent in the Teams app manifest.

You’ll continue working from the same project folder.
