Task 04: Build the orchestrator agent
Description
You’ll create a third declarative agent - Zava Care - that acts as an orchestrator. Rather than calling tools or embedding knowledge directly, it coordinates between Zava Claims and Zava Procurement to deliver unified responses to complex, multi-step queries. You’ll configure its identity, instructions, and conversation starters in this task.
