• Does the Marketplace have a fee? Yes, 3% if transacting through the MP

• Does becoming a Microsoft Partner mean that Microsoft owns part of your IP? No.

• Can you be a Microsoft partner if you sell products? If there is software tied to the product then you can sell the software through the Marketplace and partner with Microsoft. However, hardware or any physical product cannot be transacted through the Marketplace.
