Day 3

Overview

In Day 3, we will continue our discussion about computers by learning about the most powerful computer in the world, learning what computer software is, and examining the elements of a computing system. Students will then discuss why we should learn about Computer Science. Finally, students will work in small groups to discuss technologies that they view are good and bad.

Day 3 will be about:

• The most powerful computer in the world.
• What computer software is.
• The elements of a computing system.
• Why we should learn about Computer Science.
• Good vs. bad technologies.
