Days 3-6: Action Plan

Overview

Students will use these days to research their chosen SDG and brainstorm ideas for their programming project. Students will engage in the Design Thinking process to determine the project direction. Teachers may wish to extend this segment of the work an additional day if students need more time building, prototyping and debugging.

Days 3-6 will be about:

  • Researching the SDGs.
  • Defining the Problem within their chosen SDG.
  • Empathizing with their audience.
  • Brainstorming game ideas.
  • Selecting an idea.
  • Building their games.
