Task 2.1: Managing sharing settings

1. On the left menu, select Policies > Sharing.

2. Under External sharing, review the Content can be shared with: section for SharePoint and OneDrive using the permissive slider .

3. Expand More external sharing settings and review and configure the additional settings. For example, select Guests must sign in using the same account to which sharing invitations are sent and set Guest access to a site or OneDrive will expire automatically after this many days to 30.

4. Under File and folder links, review and configure the settings and then set the links to expire within 30 days.

5. Under Other settings, review and configure the settings and then select Save.
