Task 1.3: Download and upload artifacts

1. Download and extract MicrosoftTechnologySpecialistJobPostings.zip to your local machine.

   This folder comprises innocuous Word documents containing job-related information intended solely for illustrative purposes in this lab setting.

2. Return to Copilot Studio.

3. On the left menu, select Technology Specialists.

4. Select the Knowledge tab and then select + Add knowledge.

5. In the Add available knowledge sources dialog box, select Files.

6. On the Upload files page, upload from the files you downloaded at the beginning of this task.

7. Select Add.

   This procedure may require several minutes to finalize. Please proceed with the next step and revisit the status later.
